The cleansing base is composed of a combination of components free from solvents and other materials that are aggressive to the skin, but effective against dirt of any kind.
MacroCream also contains very fine microspheres of plant origin which give greater strength to its cleansing action.
Its epidermal pH allows the user to use it whenever necessary, without causing any redness problems on the hands.
How to use:
Dispense the desired amount of cream onto dry hands, rub until the dirt is completely emulsified, then rinse with running water.
