General conditions of sale of Innovative Solutions Srl
Any brands, initials, original numbers and descriptions are cited for reference only.
1.1. Each order placed is managed separately, different carts are not merged.
2.1. Prices are not inclusive of transport and packaging which are calculated and indicated during the order closing phase
3. ORDER FULFILLMENT
3.1. Orders are processed and shipped within 24/48 working hours following payment confirmation.
3.2. We are excluded from any liability for delays due to generally accepted cases of force majeure.
4.1. For express shipments, the courier usually needs 24 to 48 hours with the exception of disadvantaged locations and islands which could be served by the single carrier at different intervals.
4.2. For standard shipments, the courier usually needs 3 to 7 working days with the exception of disadvantaged locations and islands which could be served by the single carrier at different intervals.
4.3. Some types of items can only be sent with standard shipments based on weight, volume, fragility and/or danger.
4.4. We are not responsible for any delivery delays attributable to the couriers.
4.5. In case of receipt of partial material, damaged, open or obviously tampered with packaging, it is essential to accept it subject to inspection to allow us any recourse to the courier.
5.1. Any return requests must be received within 15 days of purchase using only the appropriate wizard on the site. Return requests sent in ways other than the one indicated will not be taken into consideration.
5.2 To submit the return request it is necessary to be authenticated and select the order to be managed on the page “My Account -> Orders” with the appropriate “Refund” button. It will then be possible to choose one or more items to return or report a problem with the order.
5.3. Returns not previously authorized will not be accepted and the relative shipments will be refused.
5.4. In the event of a wrong purchase, all shipping costs relating to the order, including those for the return of the goods, are to be paid by the buyer.
5.5. The refund of the return is made upon receipt of the goods, subject to an integrity check.
6.1 The legal guarantee is respected and applied.
6.2 To forward the guarantee request it is necessary to be authenticated and select the order to be managed on the page “My Account -> Orders” with the appropriate “Messages” button. It will then be possible to describe the problem encountered with the article in question and provide all the details, including photographs, useful for retaliating against the supplier.
7.1. Innovative Solutions Srl is not responsible for consequential damages, even if due to material defects for which the manufacturer of the specific article will be liable.
8. TAX JURISDICTION
8.1 The customer assumes responsibility that the recipient of the shipped goods is, for tax purposes, the holder of the invoice indicated in the billing data
9.1. For any legal dispute, the parties expressly recognize the jurisdiction of Viterbo. Artt. 13 Reg. EU 2016/679: Innovative Solutions Srl is in possession of your data to fulfill normal operations deriving from legal or contractual obligations. The rights referred to in Articles may be exercised at any time by the interested parties. 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22 of the EU Reg and request the complete information by writing to firstname.lastname@example.org.
